Shipping

Standard shipping is free in Italy for orders from €300, with delivery on average within 2-3 working days, counted from when the parcel leaves the warehouse. Products will in any case be delivered within 30 days, in accordance with the law.

The Express Shipping service costs €6.90: by selecting this option, delivery takes place within 1-2 working days from when the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Orders placed by 12:00 are processed and prepared the same day.

Products are delivered by TNT or DHL express courier, Monday to Friday during office hours.

Shipping and delivery do not take place on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Products are delivered throughout Italy, San Marino and Vatican City. For shipments to Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia or other smaller islands, please allow one extra day in addition to the times indicated above.

Always choose an address where someone can collect the parcel. If you prefer to receive your order at your office or via a concierge/reception, please provide all the details as precisely as possible: company name and any contact person, the floor, or any other information useful to the courier.
