Shipping

Shipping within Italy costs €10.98 VAT included (€9.00 + VAT), with delivery on average within 2 working days, counted from when the parcel leaves the warehouse. Products will in any case be delivered within 30 days, in accordance with the law.

Shipping to Europe costs €30.50 VAT included (€25.00 + VAT), with delivery by Bartolini (BRT) courier on average within 3 working days from when the parcel leaves the warehouse.

We currently do not ship outside Europe.

Orders placed by 12:00 are processed and prepared the same day.

Products are delivered by express courier (BRT, DHL or FedEx/TNT), Monday to Friday during office hours.

Shipping and delivery do not take place on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

For shipments to Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia or other smaller islands, please allow one extra day in addition to the times indicated above.

For deliveries in Italy you can pay cash on delivery, in cash only, via BRT or DHL courier: the service involves an additional charge of €7.00 and is available for orders up to €250.00. More details on the Payment methods page.

We recommend providing a valid phone number and e-mail address with your order: the courier uses them to send you shipment tracking updates.

Always choose an address where someone can collect the parcel. If you prefer to receive your order at your office or via a concierge/reception, please provide all the details as precisely as possible: company name and any contact person, the floor, or any other information useful to the courier.
